Once you have processed payment and your purchase is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions and link to download your purchased architectural and/or interior design how-to checklist tools. Please remember the download link will expire after 24 hours.

How long until I receive my Q/A response?

Once you have processed payment and your purchase is complete, your completed architectural and/or interior design Q/A form will be delivered to one of our professional architects and/or interior designers for review and response within 24 hours.

Who is my design advisor?

Your professional architect and/or interior designer has a passion for bringing you functional and aesthetic design solutions, tailored to compliment your unique needs and individual style. Knowing full service professional design services are not always required and/or affordable for your project budget, we are offering our expertise to you in the form of affordable guidance, pro tips and advice, to at minimum become helpful tools to assist you with successfully completing your design projects.

What is your return policy?

Our professional architectural and interior design Q/A advice and how-to download tools are distributed for your use as part of your purchase. Since our products being delivered are digital PDF files and email responses, with no reasonable method for confirming our tools were not already used or referenced, unfortunately all purchases are final.
